Select Prefab specializes in the design, fabrication, and delivery of high-performance prefabricated exterior wall systems. Leadership has over 30 years of combined prefabrication experience. We have focused exclusively on panelized solutions built with cold-formed steel, delivering precision-fabricated panels with optional window installation to improve jobsite efficiency. As an Affiliate of Sto Panel Technology, our systems meet rigorous performance standards while offering flexibility for complex building envelopes.

What truly sets Select Prefab apart is our proprietary panel delivery system. Our panels are loaded, transported, and delivered vertically using a custom-built European trailer—an approach unlike any other prefab panel builder in Colorado. This system allows window units to be installed in our fabrication shop and delivered to the site ready for crane installation directly from street-level pallets, reducing handling, minimizing site congestion, and accelerating project schedules.

Over the past six years, Select Prefab has supported some of the region’s most demanding projects, including major airport concourse expansions, large-scale convention facilities, and high-rise mixed-use developments.
