Select Prefab completed the exterior prefabricated wall panel assembly for The Penrose, a 16-story mixed-use tower located at 38th & Wynkoop in Denver’s River North (RiNo) Arts District. Rising along the eastern edge of downtown, the building is highly visible from two major highways just north of the city core.
Select Prefab provided cold-formed steel (CFS) exterior framing for the Colorado Convention Center expansion, supporting one of Denver’s most prominent civic and event facilities. The project required a high level of coordination, precision, and schedule reliability due to its scale and central downtown location.
Select Prefab completed the exterior cold-formed steel (CFS) framing for the DEN Concourse B & C East Expansion, delivering prefabricated backup wall panels to support the building envelope.
Exterior steel framing was integrated into off-site fabricated panels and installed without finishes, serving strictly as structural backup for the exterior façade systems. This prefabricated approach improved installation efficiency, accuracy, and schedule reliability within the constraints of an active airport environment.
