Unlike conventional flatbed hauling, the Langendorf system is designed to carry panels vertically, significantly reducing stress on the assemblies during transport.
Panels are secured in a custom vertical racking system integrated into the trailer, allowing each panel to be supported evenly along its height. This method minimizes deflection, vibration, and potential damage, ensuring panels arrive on site in the same condition they left the fabrication facility. Transporting panels vertically also enables more efficient loading and unloading, streamlining jobsite logistics and supporting faster installation timelines.
