Before joining Select, Brandon held notable positions as a Construction Executive and Market Leader in Healthcare. His portfolio includes remarkable projects such as the Saint Joseph Hospital, spanning 831,000sf and valued at $405 million. He also played a key role in prestigious endeavors like the Clayton Lane redevelopment, Broadmoor Hotel Renovation, Ritz-Carlton Denver, Vestas Blades project in Windsor, CO, and The Residences at 1600 Glenarm. His involvement encompassed preconstruction, project management oversight, and effective customer leadership.
Brandon’s educational background includes graduating from Colorado State University’s renowned Construction Management program.
Stephen Bradford is the Principal and Co-Founder of Select Prefab, bringing more than a decade of hands-on experience in prefabrication and industrialized construction. He has been actively working in the prefabrication space since 2013 and was instrumental in founding Select Prefab in 2019 with the vision of transforming how construction teams plan, build, and deliver projects.

Norman Perez is our Operations Manager who brings more than 20 years of experience in construction operations and project leadership. Brad Kohlman is the Fabrication Manager at Select Prefab, bringing nearly two decades of hands-on experience in construction and fabrication operations. Since joining Select Prefab in 2020, Brad has played a key role in leading fabrication teams, optimizing shop workflows, and ensuring high-quality prefab assemblies are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Brad’s background includes extensive field and shop experience, giving him a strong understanding of how prefabricated components translate from the fabrication environment to real-world installation. He is known for his practical leadership style, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement within fabrication processes.
