Every Select Prefab panel is inspected using a documented Quality Control Checklist at each stage of fabrication. Materials are verified for member size, type, thickness, and connection methods as fabrication progresses, with dimensional checks for length, height, and squareness completed before panels are released.
Special conditions such as stud spacing and HSS connections are reviewed and recorded, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the build process. By quality-checking every fabrication step, Select Prefab delivers panels that meet design requirements and arrive on site ready for efficient, crane-installed assembly.
This drawing illustrates a coordinated prefabricated panel layout and delivery sequence. Color-coded wall segments correspond to individual prefabricated panels, while truck diagrams identify how panels are palletized and staged on Select Prefab’s vertical-delivery trailer system. Each load is planned to align with the installation sequence, allowing panels to be craned directly from the trailer into their final position. This level of planning minimizes site handling, reduces congestion, and supports efficient, just-in-time installation.
