Select Prefab is proud to support the delivery of MSU Denver’s new 14-story student housing development, rising on the north end of the Auraria Campus. This project showcases the power of prefabrication at scale, bringing together sustainability, speed, and precision in a complex urban build.
Our team is fabricating high-performance wall panels off-site, complete with a synthetic stucco finish and factory-installed windows. By shifting this work into a controlled environment, we’re able to deliver tighter quality control, improved safety, and a faster path to enclosure.
Installation is currently progressing across Levels 3 through 14, where our panelized system is helping accelerate the building’s dry-in timeline while reducing on-site complexity. At the roof level, specialty backup panels will receive a metal cladding finish, adding durability and a refined architectural cap to the structure.
