The Penrose | 38th & Wynkoop

Select Prefab completed the exterior prefabricated wall panel assembly for The Penrose, a 16-story mixed-use tower located at 38th & Wynkoop in Denver’s River North (RiNo) Arts District. Rising along the eastern edge of downtown, the building is highly visible from two major highways just north of the city core.

All exterior wall panels were fabricated at Select Prefab’s production facility and shipped to the jobsite vertically on pallets using our Langendorf trailer system. Panels were then crane-set directly from street level by our highly trained installation crew, ensuring efficiency, safety, and precision throughout the erection process.

The project features three distinct façade materials, creating a visually dynamic exterior that stands apart from surrounding developments. As a recent addition to the RiNo district, The Penrose delivers a strong architectural presence and represents a meaningful upgrade to Denver’s evolving urban landscape.
